Karissa Dennis is a musician, composer, and director based in Minnesota.

A professional pianist and organist, Karissa has led worship services for over twenty five years. As a full time church music director since 2004, she added choral, handbell, and praise band direction to her portfolio. Karissa began writing music as a teenager, studied composition, piano and organ performance in college, and is now an emerging composer in sacred music publishing.

Karissa believes music and the spirit are intertwined. Her mission is to inspire listeners and performers by suspending the busyness of daily life in order to immerse themselves in the moment. Music is a beautiful way to connect people spiritually and in fellowship with the mission of glorifying God!
